I am a Massachusetts State Licensed Massage Therapist, certified IPT Professional Level Practitioner, and a Certified Polarity Practitioner. I have over 30 years of bodywork experience and helped to legalize on-site chair massage in Waltham and Newton, MA.

I studied Integrated Positional Therapy under Lee Albert at Kripalu in Stockbridge, MA, and have been practicing since 2013.  I also assist Lee in IPT workshops given at Kripalu.

The Amma Institute in San Francisco, CA was where I had my first schooling in massage in the early 1990’s and then at The Palmer Institute of Bodywork and Massage in Salem, MA, in 2007, where I learned Polarity.

I am a long-time member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Good health can give you peace of mind! I see my role as educating people about their bodies, and empowering them to make their own choices which will help on the road to recovery.

Physical activity is important to me and one of my passions is sculling on the Charles River three seasons out of the year. I also enjoy reading, cooking, baking, and sharing time and food with my friends and family.
